About 55 Tech
What We Do
At 55 Tech, we’re building the data infrastructure for the sports and esports industries—two of the most dynamic and fast-evolving sectors in entertainment. Launched in late 2023, we’ve been growing at an incredible pace, and this is just the beginning. We are 12 people now at 55 Tech.
Our Vision
We aim to empower organizations of all sizes to access, understand, and leverage sports data with ease, unlocking smarter decisions and new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field — but honestly, we care more about what you’ve built than the diploma 😄
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on JavaScript (familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, Git, Node.js, React, Supabase, and APIs is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
